Cattaraugus County Land Bank is requesting cost proposals to perform asbestos air sampling, testing
and project monitoring services in accordance with the Industrial Code Rule 56 (12 NYCRR Part 56) for
4 building demolition projects.
The demolition projects consist of:
10768 McKinstry Rd, Yorkshire NY- Controlled Demo-
50 Pine Street, Franklinville NY- Disassembled-
217 Pine Street, South Dayton NY-
304 South 8th Street, Olean NY- Disassembled-
The Land Bank is requiring your cost proposal be submitted no later than Thursday October 24th,
2023 at 2PM.
