Property Donation

The Cattaraugus County Land Bank does accept vacant properties and land through donation. Generally these donations are made from banks or municipalities, however, in some cases, private donations will be accepted. If you are interested in donating real estate to the Land Bank, please complete the form below and click on SUBMIT. Donation considerations are reviewed by our Acquisition/Disposition Committee and a recommendation will be forwarded to our Board of Directors.
